Caldwell Development's home office is in Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania which is on the West Shore of Harrisburg. The second office is located in Suburban Philadelphia, West Conshohocken. Our team includes seven professionals focused on development, land acquisition, property management, leasing and finance. We have three principals/owners: Mark Caldwell, Peter Miller and Tom Porsch.
