Mark G. Caldwell is a graduate of Dickinson College. Shortly after college Mark founded and successfully operated Universal Plastics, a manufacturer of molded plastic packaging materials. The company was sold in 1991. Mark has been involved with commercial real estate ventures since 1989 and founded Caldwell Development in 1993. Mark is the Vice Chairman of the Board of YMCA of Harrisburg Area and a Board Member of the H.B. McClure Company and the past Chairman of the Board of the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts.

Peter S. Miller is a graduate of Hobart College. Peter joined Caldwell Development in 2005 to lead new business development. Prior to joining Caldwell Development, Peter spent 16 years as Senior Associate and Principal at CMS Companies in Philadelphia. CMS Companies structures private equity and real estate funds, hedge funds of funds and life insurance transactions for entrepreneurs along the eastern seaboard. Peter is a Board Member of Philadelphia University, Hobart and William Smith Colleges and The Gesu School.

Thomas J. Porsch is a graduate of Lehigh University. Tom joined Caldwell Development in 1995 and is the Director of Development and Construction managing all phases of commercial real estate development. Prior to joining Caldwell Development Tom spent 8 years as Vice President Estimating and Purchasing H.B. Alexander and Son, Inc. and 8 Years as Estimator/Project Manager at Mellon Stuart Co. Tom is a member of The American Society of Civil Engineers and The National Society of Professional Engineers. Tom is also a member of the Executive Board of Keystone Area Council, Boy Scouts of America.
